If you're an iPhone user who's been tuning in to our weekly broadcasts on the app, you may have recently started experiencing difficulty when trying to chat with Aston and Jillian and hear them at the same time.
We understand how inconvenient that is, and we are working with our app developers to fix this issue as soon as possible.
In the meantime, there is a fix.
When you're watching The NuSpecian Live or Aston's Virtual Office Hours, you can click the "picture-in-picture" icon you see circled in the screenshot above.
This will enable you to chat and continue to watch the show at the same time!
