NuSpecies Worldview Manifesto

By Aston Gustavous Farquharson

NuSpecies | NuSpecianism | SDAE | Medical Science | Planetary Coherence

NuSpecies is a coherence ethic: for the body, the mind, and the world. We honor medical science and measurable reality, while also naming the inner life that shapes every outcome. Our language for this whole-person reality is SDAE: Singularity, Dual-Aspects, and Emergence. We call our community NuSpecians - people committed to rebuilding rather than reacting.

Live like a star: balance forces, protect the inner light, and shine sustainably.

SDAE: the lens

·       Singularity: the turning point when a person chooses to rebuild (a diagnosis, a wake-up call, a decision).

·       Dual-Aspects: outer biology (labs, physiology) and inner life (meaning, stress, spirit) are inseparable.

·       Emergence: a new baseline forms over time when consistent inputs and coherent habits align.

Medicine: our stance

·       We are pro-physician, pro-diagnostics, and pro-evidence-based care.

·       We encourage coordination with primary care physicians and specialists (labs and imaging matter).

·       We do not replace urgent or emergency care; we support long-arc rebuilding alongside medicine.

NuSpecianism: the practice

·       Practice coherence: consistent nourishment, movement, recovery, and steadier nervous-system rhythms.

·       Choose humility over certainty; track reality and adjust with discipline.

·       Lead with compassion and dignity, especially in suffering.

·       Treat health as stewardship, not self-judgment.

Planetary coherence

·       The coherence ethic extends to Earth: human health and planetary health are linked.

·       Aston Farquharson's invention and patent work includes thousands of experiments and prototypes in wind, solar, and alternative energy machines aimed at climate impact.

·       Why it matters: protecting ecosystems protects the habitats and resources that sustain life.

Start here: the Star Protocol (5 daily anchors)

·       Nourish: whole-food building blocks and foundational nutrients; keep inputs clean and consistent.

·       Move: motion of mass supports circulation and metabolic resilience; any movement helps.

·       Recover: sleep and restoration are repair time; protect daily rhythm.

·       Reduce burdens: simplify exposures and habits that quietly drain energy.

·       Track: listen to symptoms and, when appropriate, confirm with labs and imaging through clinicians.

Educational statement: This manifesto describes NuSpecies philosophy and practice orientation. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult qualified clinicians for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

NuSpecies Worldview Manifesto

Short Version

NuSpecies is built on one organizing principle: coherence.

We believe life endures—and thrives—when opposing forces are brought into living balance. In nature, a star shines because it holds equilibrium; in the body, health emerges when systems regain rhythm—digestion, metabolism, immunity, repair, sleep, motion, breath. In the human being, coherence also includes what cannot be measured on a lab panel: meaning, fear, faith, purpose, dignity, and community.

This is the foundation of SDAESingularity • Dual‑Aspects • Emergence.
A singularity is the moment a life changes: a diagnosis, a wake‑up call, a decision to rebuild. Dual‑aspects means reality arrives in two inseparable dimensions: the outer (biology, chemistry, medicine, measurable data) and the inner (mind, spirit, coherence, lived experience). Emergence is what follows when both aspects are addressed with discipline over time: resilience becomes possible, and a new baseline appears.

NuSpecianism is how we live this worldview. It is not a dogma and not a rejection of science. It is a practice of alignment—choosing habits, foods, movement, recovery, and inner steadiness that support life’s long arc. A NuSpecian is someone who commits to rebuilding, not merely reacting.

NuSpecies fully embraces medical science. We honor physicians, diagnostics, imaging, labs, evidence-based care, and specialist expertise. We do not compete with medicine—we stand beside it, supporting the body through foundational nutrition and integrative lifestyle guidance, and encouraging coordination with clinical care.

Our worldview also extends beyond the body to the planet. We believe protecting life includes protecting the systems that sustain it. Through Aston Farquharson’s inventions, patents, and years of experimentation with wind, solar, and alternative energy prototypes, we pursue technologies aimed at reducing environmental harm and supporting climate solutions—because a healthy future is both biological and ecological.

NuSpecies is a coherence ethic—for the body, for the mind, and for the world. We exist to help people live longer, better, and more meaningfully—by learning to live like a star: balanced, resilient, and luminous.

NuSpecies Worldview Manifesto

Full Version

1) The First Principle: Coherence

NuSpecies begins with a simple observation: life is not sustained by force alone; it is sustained by balance.

In nature, the most enduring systems are not the most aggressive—they are the most coherent. A star shines for ages not because it is “perfect,” but because it holds a dynamic equilibrium. It is always adjusting—always balancing outward radiance against inward gravity. It is stable not through stillness, but through living tension that remains organized.

We use this as a guiding metaphor for health, for purpose, and for civilization.

The human body is a system of systems: digestion, circulation, immunity, respiration, detoxification pathways, hormonal rhythms, nerve signaling, tissue repair. Each system has its own language, yet they must work together without collapsing into chaos. Health, in our worldview, is not a cosmetic outcome. It is not merely symptom suppression. It is the body’s capacity to self-correct, to return toward balance, to rebuild its order again and again.

And the human being is more than a body.

A person is biology plus biography: meaning, memory, trauma, hope, devotion, fear, discipline, identity, love. If you treat only molecules and ignore meaning, you leave half the human reality untouched. If you treat only spirit and ignore biology, you abandon the material foundations that make life livable.

This is why we say: coherence is the first principle—and why we use SDAE to name the structure of that truth.

2) SDAE: Singularity • Dual‑Aspects • Emergence

SDAE is the philosophical lens of NuSpecies. It is not a replacement for medicine. It is not a claim that metaphysics overrides physiology. It is a way to describe what we see in real life: people improve when both aspects of life are honored—the outer and the inner—over time.

Singularity is the turning point.
It is the moment dense with consequence: a diagnosis, a loss, a wake‑up call, a realization that “I cannot keep living this way.” A singularity is when the old map no longer works and a new trajectory begins.

Dual‑Aspects means reality arrives in two inseparable dimensions:

  • the outer aspect: biology, chemistry, clinical data, labs, imaging, measurable outcomes
  • the inner aspect: coherence, nervous-system state, fear, faith, meaning, discipline, the lived experience of being human

We do not treat the inner world as decoration. We treat it as a force that shapes behavior, consistency, recovery, relationships—and therefore shapes outcomes.

Emergence is what health actually looks like in real life:
not a miracle, not a switch flipped overnight, but the gradual appearance of a new baseline when inputs, habits, support systems, and inner steadiness align. Emergence is what happens when a person moves from crisis management to rebuilding.

In other words, SDAE says: lasting wellness is not only discovered. It is constructed—by coherence.

3) NuSpecianism: A Way of Life, Not a Doctrine

NuSpecianism is how this worldview becomes daily practice. It is not a religion. It is not a club. It is a discipline of alignment.

A NuSpecian does not wait for life to collapse before acting. A NuSpecian learns to treat health as stewardship—of the body, the mind, and the future. NuSpecianism emphasizes:

  • consistency over intensity
  • rebuilding over reacting
  • coherence over confusion
  • humility over certainty
  • service over self-importance

NuSpecianism also recognizes what people rarely say out loud: illness is not only physical. It is psychological. It is relational. It is spiritual. It rearranges identity. It can isolate. It can shame. It can silence.

So NuSpecianism insists on dignity. It insists that suffering be named without being exploited. It insists that people deserve support that is both practical and human.

4) NuSpecies: Practice, Community, and the Long Arc

NuSpecies is an integrative ecosystem made of three living parts:

  1. Foundational support (nutrition and formulas built to support the body’s systems)
  2. Guidance (habits, lifestyle structure, education, and coherent routines)
  3. Community (real people sustaining each other across time and generations)

NuSpecies is not built around a “quick fix” identity. We are built around a long arc identity: what happens when someone commits to rebuilding as a way of life. Our community—NuSpecians—often includes multiple generations within families, plus friends, coworkers, and others drawn into the same orbit of education and support. This matters because health is rarely an individual event; it is a network event. Habits spread. Hope spreads. Discipline spreads. So does resignation. So does silence.

We choose to spread coherence.

5) Our Relationship to Medicine: We Stand Beside Science

NuSpecies is not anti-medicine. NuSpecies is not anti-doctor. NuSpecies does not make war on clinical reality.

We embrace medical science in healthcare because it saves lives. Diagnostics, labs, imaging, surgery, pharmaceuticals, radiation, emergency medicine, clinical trials—these are among the great achievements of humanity. They are not enemies of wellness. They are evidence of human intelligence and compassion organized into systems of care.

Our position is simple:

  • If you need medical care, get medical care.
  • If you have clinicians, respect the plan.
  • If you have labs and imaging, use them. Track reality.
  • If you are on medication, coordinate. Do not guess.

NuSpecies exists to support the person in the spaces medicine may not fully occupy: foundational nutrition, daily habits, stress physiology, sleep rhythm, movement, resilience, and the inner life that determines whether a person can stay consistent long enough for change to emerge.

We do not compete with physicians. We collaborate with reality.

6) “Live Like a Star”: The Biology of Luminous Discipline

“Live like a star” is not a slogan for us. It is a principle:

endurance through balance.

In the body, cellular energy is not poetry—it is physiology. Cells require usable energy to repair, signal, detoxify, defend, and regenerate. And the systems responsible for energy metabolism must be supported rather than constantly overloaded.

Our metaphor goes deeper: within cells, mitochondria function like “inner suns”—producing usable energy that allows the cellular ecosystem to remain ordered. When energy systems collapse, everything downstream becomes harder: recovery, metabolism, inflammation balance, mood, drive, resilience.

So we teach coherence as an energy ethic:

  • nourish consistently
  • move intentionally
  • recover deeply
  • reduce unnecessary burdens
  • track progress in grounded ways

A star does not shine by accident. A human being does not thrive by accident. Coherence is built.

7) The Planetary Extension: Climate, Energy, and the Same Coherence Ethic

NuSpecies does not separate human health from planetary health.

If nature is the source of our nourishment, then protecting nature is not political branding—it is moral logic. The same coherence we pursue inside the body must be pursued in our relationship to Earth: air, water, ecosystems, energy generation, and long-term stability.

This is why the NuSpecies worldview includes Aston Farquharson’s long-standing engineering work—patents, invention, and years of experimentation and prototyping in wind, solar, and alternative energy machines aimed at climate solutions. The point is not to use technology as a status symbol. The point is to reduce harm and expand sustainable possibilities.

In SDAE terms, this is the same structure again:

  • Singularity: the realization that climate change is not abstract; it is now
  • Dual‑Aspects: science and policy plus culture and conscience
  • Emergence: solutions that become scalable, practical, and humane over time

We do not claim that one machine or one invention “solves” climate change. We claim something simpler: if you believe in coherence, you must apply it to the systems that sustain life—globally.

8) What We Promise, and What We Refuse to Promise

We promise to speak from lived practice and disciplined learning, not from fantasies.

We promise to treat people as human beings, not transactions.

We promise to honor science without worshipping certainty.

We promise to support the full person: outer biology and inner life.

We refuse to promise outcomes that no ethical system can guarantee.
We refuse to turn human suffering into spectacle.
We refuse to replace medical care where medical care is needed.
We refuse to confuse metaphor with clinical claims.

SDAE gives us the correct posture: humility without helplessness. You can act without pretending you control everything.

9) The NuSpecian Commitment

A NuSpecian commitment can be spoken plainly:

  • I will rebuild rather than abandon myself.
  • I will practice coherence rather than chase chaos.
  • I will honor medicine and also honor daily discipline.
  • I will treat food, movement, sleep, and inner steadiness as sacred tools.
  • I will protect what sustains life—inside my body and on this Earth.
  • I will live like a star: balanced, resilient, and luminous over time.

This is the NuSpecies worldview: coherence as a way of health, a way of meaning, and a way of responsibility.
