Refund Policy
All in store sales are final. All online purchases are final unless you choose to purchase Return Assurance from Seel with your order.
NuSpecies sells food products and once the product has left our location we will not put it back into inventory to sell to another client.
However, we understand that trying our products for the first time is a big decision, which is why we’ve partnered with Seel to offer Return Assurance.
Seel’s Return Assurance is a return option on final sale merchandise that you can purchase at checkout.
Return Assurance gives you a 7-day return window on otherwise final sale items. If you’re unhappy with the purchase for any reason, Seel will buy it back from you for 100% of the purchase price you paid. For details, please see the Return Assurance section below.
Damages and issues
When you receive your order please inspect your items.
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
To report an issue, please contact us at support@nuspecies.com and attach as many pictures as necessary to show the damage, defect, or root cause of the issue.
We'll need the pictures and your description of the situation documented in order to quickly evaluate the circumstances and make it right.
If your order is Lost, Stolen or Damaged and you purchased Delivery Guarantee from Seel, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email. For more details, please see the Shipment Issues section of our Shipping Policy.
Exchanges
An exchange can only be performed if you make an in-store purchase and you change your mind before you leave the store.
If you placed your order over the phone to pick it up in-store, you can make changes to your order before pick up.
Refunds from NuSpecies
In the event that NuSpecies owes you a refund, you’ll be refunded on the card with which you processed your original payment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your purchase was made in-store and paid with cash, we'll mail a check written out to the person on the receipt. If you must have cashback, arrangements will be made in advance of your return to the store.
Return Assurance Policy From Seel
Return Assurance applies to all eligible final sale items in an online order. It is not available for in store purchases. If an order includes both eligible and ineligible items, only the eligible items may be returned through Seel Return Assurance. God formulas are not eligible for Return Assurance.
All purchases are subject to a return period of 7 days, and returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Please note that shipping fees are not covered by Return Assurance. The original $9 shipping fee will not be returned and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund for a total deduction of $19. Once the return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
Return Assurance is currently only offered on orders shipping to addresses in the United States.

How to Return if you have purchased Return Assurance from Seel

Report your return within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

Select the item(s) you wish to return. Choose your preferred refund method and return shipping option.

Follow the instructions provided to ship your return within 7 days of delivery. Once received and inspected for eligibility, your refund will be processed.*
*Return shipping and any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
