How do I check the status of my order?

If you used a valid email address when you placed your order, then when your order has shipped you’ll receive an email notification from NuSpecies that includes a link to your tracking number. You can check the status of your package by clicking on the provided link. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for your shipping label to be scanned by the post office before you’ll receive an estimated delivery date.

I ordered my package more than 3 days ago. Why haven’t I received it?

  1. Have you checked your email for an order confirmation and your tracking number? The post office may have attempted delivery and your package is being held awaiting your instructions.
  2. It’s possible there is a delay in transit.
  3. It's possible the post office lost your package.
  4. If you've tracked your package and still have questions or if you don't have access to your tracking info, please call us at 1-845-440-7458.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

How Will My Package Be Shipped?
NuSpecies ships all domestic packages through the United States Post Office, using Priority Mail.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?
$9.00 - This is a flat rate for all domestic shipments, regardless of weight or size. 

Can I Ship to a Military Base?
Packages sent to any US military base(APO/FPO) are considered domestic and qualify for the $9 Priority Mail Flat Rate, whether the base is located in the US or abroad. 

How Soon Will I Get My Order?

Processing Time:
NuSpecies processes and ships orders Monday-Friday with the exception of US Postal holidays. Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed (excluding orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays). 

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, Priority Mail for domestic shipments typically takes 1-3 business days to be delivered to you. These timelines are general and NOT guaranteed.

 

Can My Order Be Expedited?

At this time NuSpecies doesn’t offer expedited shipping.

Stolen Shipment

If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

If you did not purchase Delivery Guarantee and your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you haven’t received them after waiting 3 days, please notify us at support@nuspecies.com or call us at 845-440-7458.

Lost Shipment 

If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

If you did not purchase Delivery Guarantee and your shipment tracking shows that your item(s) have been delivered, but you have not received them after waiting 3 days, please notify us at support@nuspecies.com or call us at 845-440-7458.

Damaged Shipment

If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.

If you did not purchase Delivery Guarantee and you received your order damaged, please follow these instructions carefully: 

  1. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods. 
  2. Take pictures of the damaged package and either email them to us at support@nuspecies.com or text them to us at 845-440-7458.
  3. Specifically list the item(s) that were damaged as well.

Received the Wrong Item?

When you receive your order please inspect your items carefully. 

Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item. 

To report an issue, please contact us at support@nuspecies.com and attach as many pictures as necessary to show the damage, defect, or root cause of the issue.

We'll need the pictures and your description of the situation documented in order to quickly evaluate the circumstances and make it right.

 

Missing an Item?

Products can be hidden by the packing peanuts and be accidentally thrown away with the packing materials. 

Please look carefully through the packing material. If you think an item is missing do not throw the box or any packaging materials away until you have reached us and we have investigated the issue.

Contact us immediately to report a missing item.

Email us at support@nuspecies.com and attach as many pictures as necessary to show the damage, defect, or root cause of the issue.

We'll need the pictures and your description of the situation documented in order to quickly evaluate the circumstances and make it right.

Seel Delivery Gurantee

Delivery Guarantee is a service that NuSpecies is pleased to be able to offer to our clients through a third party provider, Seel. Delivery Guarantee is a customer protection against loss, damage or theft during delivery of your order. Additionally, Delivery Guarantee includes carbon offsets for the emissions resulting from your order’s delivery and transit. 

What does Seel Delivery Guarantee cover?

Seel Delivery Guarantee covers package loss, damage, and theft that meet the following criteria.

  • Loss: Domestic packages not delivered before the 30th day following order fulfillment (i.e., the date when the order is shipped by the merchant) or international packages not delivered before the 60th day following order fulfillment are considered lost. The compensation for lost packages is the value paid for the purchased item(s).
  • Theft: Packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered a “theft”, though this may be due to some mishaps that are not criminal in nature. To qualify as a case of theft, supporting documents, such as a police report, may be required. The compensation for a verified case of theft is the value paid for the purchased item(s).
  • Damage: Shipping Protection covers item damages to the point that the item(s) are unusable, clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc., but does not cover cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damages, packaging errors, or unsealed items. The compensation for damaged items is up to the value paid for the purchased item(s).

Seel Delivery Guarantee also includes carbon-neutral shipment within the recipient’s country.

How does Seel Delivery Guarantee resolve shipping issues with my order?

For a worry free shipping experience with Seel Delivery Guarantee, follow the steps below:

  • Add Seel Delivery Guarantee at checkout for a modest fee to protect the order against loss, damage, and theft.

  • If your order is eligible for Seel Delivery Guarantee, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Seel with all the coverage details, as well as instructions on how to report your package issue.

  • If your protected package suffers loss, theft, or damage, you can report the issue via the Seel Resolution Center.

  • Seel will assess the issue to determine if the reported order issue qualifies for a payout.

  • If the reported issue does qualify, a refund will be automatically sent to you.

To qualify for the payout, you need to follow the issue reporting requirements:

  • Issues of loss, where the package is not delivered as per the carrier's information, must not be reported sooner than 30 days after the order fulfillment date for domestic shipments.

  • Issues of damage and theft, where the package is shown "delivered", must be reported within 7 days from the time the carrier's information is updated to "delivered".

  • All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date.
