...Did you do it?
Good...
Depending on your diet and how much water you consume through food, an ideal amount of water to drink every day is about ½ your weight in ounces. So if you weigh 200 lbs, you should drink 100 ounces of water per day. If you have a 12 ounce water bottle, you’d drink about 8 bottles per day. If you’re already drinking this much water, than this challenge isn’t for you (it’s possible to drink too much water). If you’re like most of us and you aren’t drinking much water at all, but you feel up for a challenge, calculate your ideal water intake and go for it! At the very least, you’re still supporting your health if you consume one extra glass of water today than you usually do. There are free apps for you device that can help you track your water intake or if you’re fairly stationary for the better part of the day, you can do it the old fashion way.
