You know that negative thought you repeat to yourself daily? Maybe you haven't noticed it yet, or worse, you think you’re right so you don't realize it's a voluntary thought. When it comes up today, recognize it. Then mentally visualize it written on the face of a tennis ball coming towards you from above, slightly above your head. Now imagine a tennis racquet in your hand. Aim for that negative thought and reject it with an overhead smash!
Tonight when you shower - use that exfoliating scrub you got last year for Mother's Day that you haven't used yet. Rather than hating the skin you're exfoliating, welcome the soft new layer of skin that is being revealed.
Moisturize from head-to-toe and find something positive to say about your body every step of the way. Why would your body be motivated to heal if you only tell it negative things?
