Dosage Instructions:

• This package is designed to be taken consistently according to the dosage schedule below until you achieve your desired results. 
• You’ll need to replenish each formula as it runs out (they don’t all last the same amount of time depending on size & dosage).
• Keep in mind that on a maintenance plan all of NuSpecies formulas last at least a month. In order to achieve your desired results, you’ll be taking higher doses and likely at a higher frequency, which means the bottles in this package will finish sooner. These higher doses are necessary to support your body to rebuild. Once you’ve achieved your goals, you can switch to a maintenance plan.
