Banana Sushi
This quick and easy snack is sure to satisfy any craving throughout the day. They can be eaten right away or frozen and kept for a treat later on.


  • Using any amount of peeled bananas, spread peanut butter on the top half of the bananas.
  • Sprinkle hemp seeds to cover the peanut butter.
  • Slice and enjoy!
* You can use any nut butter instead of peanut butter such as almond butter or cashew nut butter. * You can also use chia seeds in place of hemp seeds.
