Frozen Berry Smoothie
This morning I pulled together whatever scraps I had left and made a smoothie. I used:
  • 1 Bag of Mixed Frozen Organic Berries
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 small bottle of coconut water
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 pear
Yields: What you see in the picture (2-4 medium sized glasses) I forgot to add spinach, but that would've rounded it out nicely when it comes to nutrient content. It still tasted great and is a much stronger start to the day than a typical eggs/toast/meat combo. I stayed full until 4pm! I did drink a lot of it though.
