Pink Smoothie!

I've been experimenting with frozen fruit lately to be able to get more of a variety of fruit in my smoothies without the excessive cost of fruit that is out of season. It is working out pretty well. Some of the frozen fruit doesn't have as potent of a taste as the fresh version, but still good enough to get a wholesome and tasty meal or snack.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen Raspberries
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Fresh Ripe Banana
  • Fresh Ripe Pineapple
  • Handful of Baby Spinach
  • Coconut Water (or plain filtered water is fine)
  • Ginger (optional, but add interest to the flavor for those that have been making smoothies for a while)
Add ingredients to the blender, with the softest and juiciest at the bottom for easy blending, and blend! Pour and Share if you want to.
