Dosage Instructions:

In order to achieve your desired results, you’ll be taking higher doses and likely at a higher frequency, which means the bottles in this package will finish sooner. These higher doses are necessary to support your body to rebuild. Once you’ve achieved your goals, you can switch to a maintenance plan.

The table below shows how long the formulas will last with the recommended dosage so that you can plan your replenishment schedule.

All formulas are Diabetic Safe (Any sweetness is due to vegetable glycerin, which doesn’t affect blood sugar).

• Drink 8oz of Lemon(not Lime) water twice daily.
• Eliminate ALL meat, chicken, dairy and soy from your diet, at least until you achieve your desired results.
• Follow our 2-page NuLife Diet Guideline to begin focusing on a raw, whole food diet, if recommended for you by a NuSpecies Consultant(the download link to the guideline will be emailed to you when your package is shipped. You can also find it on the NuSpecies App).
• Drink half your weight in ounces of water each day.
• Example: Weigh 180 lbs.? Drink 90 ounces of water daily
• Incorporate exercise/movement into your daily routine.
