By the third month of the ReNu Challenge you’ve probably noticed that some challenges repeat each month: Move Your Body, Drink Water, Eat Veggies, Eat Fruits. These are fundamental parts of a healthy lifestyle and even the most disciplined of us needs reinforcing of these actions from time-to-time. For those of us that don’t have a habit of these actions yet, I know it will take a while before they become regular practices for you. That’s why I repeat them in each challenge. In order to repeat them, I could only have 3 new challenges each month. This month I got some great inspiration for new challenges from Connie Otice, NuSpecies’ Executive Manager, and I wanted to include as many of them as possible. I also thought that if you’ve been following this challenge each month, that maybe you’re ready to try two actions in one day as an extra challenge. That’s why this week you’ll have two days with double actions. Today is the second! I thought Eat Fruits and Eat Veggies went well together since they’re sold in the same section at the store, so get them both at the same time.
