Your health goal at any given time will determine how you use NuSpecies formulas and your dosing. If you’re using our formulas as a daily supplement, you can take them as directed on the label of each product.

But if you have a specific health goal in mind, it can get a bit more complicated.

I liken it to brewing the perfect cup of coffee. There are many factors involved: 

• Am I using a light, medium, or dark roast? 

• In which country were the coffee beans grown? 

• Did I buy whole beans to be freshly ground or was it already ground? 

• How many scoops and which size measurement am I using? 

• Which settings are available to me on the brewing device? 

• Am I brewing espresso or a standard brew? 

• Will I be drinking it black or with milk, sugar, and/or flavorings?

If any of these factors change, my coffee will taste different and if I want the flavor to remain consistent, then I have to adjust my settings.

Using NuSpecies formulas can be just as complex.

• What is your health goal? Supplementing or Rebuilding?

• How fast do you want results?

• What is your budget?

• Are you on medication and suffering from side effects?

• How regularly can you commit to using the products?

• Do you have an aversion to the taste?

• Are you still adjusting to the initial power of the products? Can you take your dose on an empty stomach or do you need to mix the formulas with water or a smoothie?

• Are you using the recommended program or purchasing a less powerful version?

• What is working for you?

Lastly, even after you assess all the factors to determine your dosing, as you become a lifelong NuSpecian, the reasons that you take NuSpecies formulas will continue to change and your doses will continue to be re-evaluated.
